Has anyone rebuilt a Nomad II?

I finished "rebuilding" my Nomad II compressor this morning and it wasn't really hard at all to do. Mine wouldn't build more than 3,000 psi of pressure and took forever to get there so I suspected the problem was worn piston rings. I ordered the parts I needed from Pyramid Air:

After I received the parts I opened the cabinet and went about disassembling the compressor. You'll need to remove the power supply, fan, and electronics panel. Once those were removed I was able to pull the 4 bolts that held the motor, gearbox and pump in place. I labeled the wires to help later. You might also want to keep track of what screws go where and take some photos to help when reassembling. The hardest parts, for me at least, were unscrewing the high pressure piston (it's held with locktight) and replacing the low pressure cylinder after replacing the piston rings. My Nomad II cam with an assortment of other parts which you may need, but I didn't. Once it was reassembled, I added a squirt of silicone oil in the lube hole, opened both the drain and vent, and turned it on.. It labored a bit for a few seconds but soon was back to normal RPM's. I did a pressure test to 4,500 psi and it was working just like new.

Hope this helps.
