Carp, why didn't Pp help you? How did you pay these scammers ? I've (knock on wood) never had Pp not help me eventually unless I paid for something thru "friends and family" and not thru "goods and services."

I'd say scam and beware! I ordered some hard to find pellets and was required to pay with bitcoin (flag).
I got an order confirmation but no shipping info. After several weeks I reached out for tracking/update via email. I got no response (flag).
After 5 attempts to get info with no response my vote is...SCAM!
