Has anyone been able to order parts from Hatsan lately?

I've been trying to get my hands on a pellet probe for my novastar for going on close to a year now. They would not supply me a 22 probe, so I had mine sleeved (to 22). Now for months they have refused to supply me with a 177 probe. Now they do not reply to my requests (per their instructions) at all.



As time passes, I grow to dislike hatsan with increasing severity.

They probably need all them parts staying at their home even worse than Covid to get all them refurbished jobs done. Gotta keep them pages upon pages of refurbs all stocked up on their website ready to resell. Mikevv had pointed out a while ago their low inventory on Refurbs 7 pages advertised with not that many in stock.

Hatsan air guns are heavy and clunky. I have ordered a couple and been lucky enough to get them working properly. I have also gotten a couple that are so cheap they are honestly not worth fixing (.25 cal 135). If their mechanical issues were on a par with their wood, they would do a lot better. I will not be trying any more of their products.

I have 13 Hatsan guns. All have been nice rifles except their speedfire that I gave to a friend. He loves it. Yes they are heavy I'd say built is a better word. If you spend the time to do a few things to them they can be Outstanding shooters.

Many people don't like them but the majority do.

I ordered parts a few weeks ago for a 125 and received them in 5 days.

I’ve Tryed they just send me an email today saying they had some refurbish rifles in today but I’m not in the market as of now that was this morning

I had two already and recently bought another from a seller here. Heavy, yes. But they work as intended IMO. My .22 Gladius Long is a powerful, accurate, and reliable rifle.
