Harris bipod and slight panning

Never used harris bipod and im curious -does it allow a slight pan/traverse of rifle for windage correction holdover? Like 1-2 mils/6-8MOA for each side? Because if not i imagine i will need to reposition the whole rifle with bipod. On the other hand i can't imagine that it won't allow any lateral movement, and only allow the movement along elevation, because that would limit the usage for windless benchrest only. If it doesnt allow the movement, can you force it by enough pressure/force applied?

I use Harris bipod on my powder burners varmint hunting. I lay prone and use a bipod and small rear bag. I have never need to lay prone at a dairy nor do I plan on it. I use a Trigger stick for walling around or window for driving. To answer the OP question, yes there is pan movement and if you buy the tilt version of the Harris side hills are no problem. Some of the bipods I see shooters use on YouTube are way too big for my purposes.
