Seams to be a lot of controversy over .25 springers. They’re not capable. Well this is what my 97kt .25 did drilling for brain. He went over like Dirty Harry to him out. 20 yds. Hornet.

a .25 is pretty devastating on small game lol .. no argument there .. heres one for ya - try culling a rooster with a .22 or .177 - better bring a box of pellets with ya and i bet you'll still have to finish him off with a shovel lol ... a .25 though will usually shut them right down .. the 'springer' part of the equation is where i have to differ though, i have a gamo .22 springer i kept that will put them in an inch at 80y 'most' of the time .. its that occasional flyer, especially when cold, that makes it pretty useless to me when i need to get a shot on pest to positively take it out ... thats why i went to pcp ..
