AMEN ... Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah … not according to the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying,"Know the Lord," for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.
The old law condemned us and had no power to stir us and energize us, but the New Covenant through Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ working within us does have the power to forgive and stir us to new action as we follow Yeshua as we are called upon to "not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." The new covenant renews the heart, renews the mind and writes God's law on them. No longer do we need a human priest or mediator to stand between ourselves and God. We can know God, face to face through Yeshua … all of mankind, all races, all nationalities … not just the Jewish nation … the new covenant is universal for whosoever will come to the Lord. So now we follow the New Covenant which is all bound up in the person and power of Messiah Yeshua Jesus Christ and Christ never abolished the law, He fulfilled the law, He embodied the law and it was not His intent to start a new religion. As Paul said," For I am determined not to know anything among you except Messiah Yeshua, and Him crucified."
Yes indeed, He has risen
