So today my son greets me over coffee and says... hey day, are you working from home today? I have a package that will have to be signed for.

Long story short... he received an Airgun today and I am looking forward to him getting home from work to open the box. He ordered a RAW .25 red/black stock. That’s all I know, but the package is here and I am looking fwd to the coming days

Awesome . I’ll be following this thread. I am interested in getting a RAW in the near future. I have been researching everything I can find about them. I will be waiting to hear your and your son’s opinions. Those rifles seem to be great from everything I read. I hope you guys have a great time with it.

Not ready for pictures yet. I can tell you that it shoots 34s at 865 straight out of the box with some really impressive accuracy. Good times The gun is loud so he is working on a solution. The new moderator is also HUGE looking and not all that effective.

Has anyone come up with a good solution to quiet the new AirForce/RAW HM 1000X?

Stoti has the hookup with Neil Clague (his neighbor) and I recommend him as well if you really Don't need it totally Mousefart quiet and don't wanna be without your gun 4 a VERY LONG TIME sending it to AZ (THE KING of mousefarts).

IMHO It's kinda dangerous to have an AZ shroud because you tend to think the gun isn't working properly because of the lack of sound and don't realize the power it's actually putting out because you think it's dryfiring without any air in it when shooting.
