finally received my new to me sight , 1000.6 miles in only 18 days, Priority Mail . Is there any way to date this Anschutz ?

putting on my FWB600 , the sight is a 6702 "clicker" as it has detent stops in the elevation and windage . haven't got a date but i think it is the latest incarnation b4 the new squar'ish ones .

the sight or the gun ? FWB 600 /601/603 are on here for sale a few times a year at reasonable prices and sights like this are on Ebay but usually ship from EU .

Love those old Anschutz sights, I have several of them in different types. I rather like the ones with the push/pull windeage adjustment, not as repeatable as the click adjustment, but once you get it there it is great.

Definetly a facinating... widget. I'm sure it's a great gun sight but it looks like a piece of optical apparatus at Mass Eye and Ear. Seriously though I'm curious what the numbers around the aperture denote. Regards

I have a couple of the Gehman adjustable iris, and the numbers on it refer to the aperture opening in decimal fractions of a mm. Could that one be common fractions of a mm??
