Hand pump fitting question.

Hello All,
​Ive been whatching folks hand pump charge there Hatsan air rifles, and notice that the fitting on the Hatsan Bullboss gun is female.
​I have a Benjamin hand pump ,the fitting is female,due to the P-Rod having a male fitting on the gun.
​Question: how do I make the Benjamin pump fit the Hatsan? Is there a male adapter in the Bullboss box?
I don't want to have the gun show up and not be able to shoot it... If its not in the box,why don't these air gun manufacturers play nice in the sandbox together.

​So there is nothing in the bullboss box to make this happen. Also what is that long male brass looking thing I'm seeing folks plug into the bullboss air fill hole?
That doesn't come with?
