Has anyone ever had any experience with or heard anything good or bad about Hakko scopes? there does not seem to be much information out there on them. Let me know!

A subject that comes up every so often .... Quality "Was" generally exceptional.
Founder of HAKKO passed away quite a few years ago and with that the company folded and doors closed forever.
For the most part NO support or parts exist any longer ... if you have a functional HAKKO enjoy it while it works !
Come time of failure it pretty much becomes a paper weight.
This is what read time and time again as well heard in conversation.

In fact Doc Beeman was using rebranding HAKKO scopes.
I had 2-7X 66R on the R1 for almost 25 years until it finally shook loose.
