Just received my slugs assortment from Pyramid Air and the package was smashed beyond recognition !!!

Not good at all, but I bet PA didn't smash it. The shipper is probably to blame. I bet they will take care of it.

I order most all of my pellets from PA and have always received them in great condition. I just shipped out a sideshot phone mount this morning that I sold on classifieds. I took the time to build a light wooden frame to go inside the box. UPS handlers could play soccer with with it and it should come through fine.

Yes ,UPS is mostly to blame but the packaging could have been better.
Somehow that brown paper packing just doesn't cut it .
I do quite alot of shipping and foam and bubble wrap seems to work very well !!!

I see now that they pack the samples carelessly compared to the tins in the custom cut EPP foam packing which is what I got.
You would think they would consider them just as important to keep protected.
Hope you get it fixed quickly I bet you'll like them.

I had fed ex come on Saturday. Kid handed me a package with the wrong name and address on it. I gave it back to him and after going back on the truck he came back empty handed and said they’d return Monday. Never showed so tracked my PA pellet order, sure enough it showed to have been delivered on Saturday. Contact fed ex and nine computer prompts later spoke to a gentleman I’d have to believe resides an ocean apart from me. Talk about frustrating.

Yes, I reached out to PA to make them aware of the situation but have not heard back from them as yet.
