H&N Precision Slug .22 - your new option for long-range shooting

So I got some today in the mail. Won’t be able to try until the weekend. They were packed well but don’t look good IMO. I have to take some pics of the HP heavy 34 to compare as I have 10-15 of those.

I guess I will reserve judgement.

Basically, you've already given yourself the answer: the BC is better with the Precision Slugs.
So here is a comparison between the 34 grain HP Heavy and the 33 grain Precision.

Very different. Much thinner and deeper hollow point on the Precision ones. This also has the affect of the head being easier to damage / distort.

See pics. Have t shot yet.

I finally got my drs together and was shooting some today.
One ragged hole at 50 yards.
just over 1 inch at 100 yards.
about a 6" group at 235 yards.
Shooting 1020fps (1016-1028 spread)...this was just my first time really trying those. I was pretty impressed. I am sure the 235 yards can improve. was first time shooting this gun that far, and wind was 10-15mph. They kept on track amazingly well in the wind, and at .140BC, should have still had 826fps on target.

Thanks for the feedback. How did you find your head uniformity. Mine seemed pretty beat up / warped.
