H&N Field Target Trophy .177 Cal Pellet Test Review Published

Our fourth pellet test review is of FTTs. The 4.50 head size ones to be precise.

It's interesting to start to be able to compare the results among different pellets. But, because test reviews like this have not been done before, I still plan to wait until we have around a dozen reviews under our belt before feeling that we have enough data to make real conclusions and recommendations.

At any event, I hope the test data is interesting and useful for anyone interested in pellet consistency and accuracy.

Reviewing pellets is like reviewing the taste of Coca Cola. You either like it, or you don't. Some barrels shoot extremely well with a pellet of brand X in a specific head size, some don't. This can even vary from barrel to barrel from the same manufacturer, so why bother reviewing pellets... Or so was my first thought when I read the headline. But after reading the article, I changed my opinion. It's not the "oh, these shoot so accurate (or not)" kind of review, but finally one that actually makes sense!

Nice review, thanks for sharing Stephen!
