Gunstock differences - Wildcat Mk2 to Mk3

For those that have both a Mk2 and a Mk3, I am wondering about the changes to the stock. From what I can see online, it looks like FX simply did 3 things to modify the Mk2 stock for the Mk3:

1) cut a notch on the right side for the larger side shot magazine

2) cut a “notch” on the left side for the regulated air gauge

3) remove some Stock material at the back of the receiver to make room for the hammer spring adjustment wheel that has been added

Did I get this correct? Any other changes? Anything done to the inside of the stock that isn’t apparent when the rifle is assembled?

I am asking because I want to know if you can take a Mk2-patterned stock and REMOVE material (only) to make it into a Mk3? Obviously you can’t ADD material so if that is needed, this would be a no-go.

Your feedback appreciated!
