Has anyone made a gun building program? It would be cool to pick guns and accessories from the ocean of products and install them in a simulator to see what,how and if it works. Probably an open source project.... is it possible? What do yall think?

My thought is that it would require an expensive software and expertise to modify it, which may make it unlikely.

back when both of my M3’s were 600mm 22 cal‘s using all the same components, ie hammer springs, hammer weights and liners the same tune in each produced significantly different results. Have to agree, nice fantasy. It was why many of us learned early that sharing tunes was marketing snake oil.

Its more for seeing what fits and works and how it looks....not a calculator for balistic result. BTW if you have two identical items and one is different....guess what. Looking at it as a build simulator not a performance simulator.
