Birchwood Casey liquid gun blue won't take, followed all instruction....any suggestions?

What are you trying to blue ? BC Blue is for steel only if it didn't change color at all you might not be using it on steel. If you are trying to cover Stainless Steel to my knowledge there is no cold chemical that will turn it blue.

the tube is aluminum... you have to find a source that does anodizing ... you can get black, blue, red ...almost any color you want. good luck.

There is a product called aluminum black, not sure if that's the color you are looking for.
