Hey Glem. I have adopted a method of cleaning squirrels that allows me to take the lower (legs & lower back) & upper (“arms” & shoulders) and not cut into the viscera at all. 

So, the portion to the right is the upper.

Thanks! Actually ate it today for lunch. Yeah, it was good, really good.
