I buy old ones, add a flat washer or nut to allow me to push against breech seal. 
But take the idea & go to a Hardware store if need be. Seating depth on springers can change everything.

Smart! And nice. I’ve been using modified Allen wrenches. With most guns this would be perfect for my style of testing. Unfortunately my CFR has a somewhat irregular loading mechanism so for that one I’m limited on options.

It's not brass for one.

Mainly, and unfortunately many different companies use their own design. 
Most sights are 0.019" and target sights are 0.010".

I have a carbon fiber micro click Axiom. They're out of business so finding target pins would be next to impossible.

Cheaper is fine if you're going to cut it shorter.

I don't know enough to offer advice,but I have been using a Pellet Pen and found it to set all pellets the same. I picked it up at Walmart when looking for ammo. I did not like it too much at first but I think it helps my guns. shoot better groups.

I reckon it would only work with break barrels.
