They are being disingenuous.

I have run some accuracy tests with several rifles, Benjamin 392 and both of my Gamo Urbans, using both the former Crosman CPHP pellets and the new Gamo made Crosman CPHP pellets purchased at Walmart. My non-scientific and casual results are that the accuracy is essentially the same for grouping and I get the same velocities within a fps difference but the POI shifts maybe .5 inches at 20 to 25 yards. Have no explanation for the POI shift.
