Can anyone link a brand of a cheap filter, even one that can have desiccant added to it, or just the cotton plugs too, as long as i keep the water out.

Just use any of those small filters with a cotton plug. Replace the plug after every fill ( I am assuming that you fill guns only ) . Used plugs can be reused after they dry out. No need for any dessicant type filter. They will lengthen the fill time without doing much good.
