I went all out and converted mine to a short/mid-range 'sniper'!

 

When I couldn't extend the barrel, I just extended my suppressor. 
This setup started out as a joke, but, omg is it Quiet and comfortable.
Shoots ridiculously accurate also. *Extender has been removed now
