I spoke with Joe this evening and he sounded really good! He was in great spirits and told me he walked a mile for the first time today.
He's been reading this thread from time to time. He is so very grateful for all the support and well wishes you have all sent him!!!
Every day he's feeling better and better. We talked for a good 20 minutes until he started feeling a bit run down.
