This is all good input and all is welcomed. However, my intent is with the thread is on sharing with folk that otherwise think of air guns as “bb guns” and not a serious worthy tool for hunting or target.

I absolutely love powder burners, have a few myself. But, that look on the face of a guy that just heard a “click” and saw a 1” group form at 100 yards, that’s priceless to me. 

As for our great nation and it’s politics: Do, don’t talk. Stop supporting those whom shun us, vote...always, tell others, move to lib States en mass....& vote your asses off. Teach your children well.

Another reaction I get all the time is "airsoft". I have to fill them in and funny enough after all the time I spend detailing out the difference they still reply with "airsoft"

I am fine with all of this though and at the same time happy when I do enlighten someone who in turn goes out searching for a new airgun, knowing that there are seemingly endless options to choose from.

I've had that exp a couple times myself times. Mostly from the younger folks. I've never held an air soft gun and they have never held an air rifle. And with some of them I just hope they never do,lol
