A customer brought these in to me today at my shop. He said he bought them new and used them a couple times. I asked him if they where for sale. He told me I could just have them. Made my day!

Daisy 288 and a Daisy powerline 201 almost new.

What was so cool is the 288 is the final piece missing in my series of this particular gun.

The Daisy model 188 pistol is spring piston, under-lever cocking BB gun with a 24 shot reservoir. These were manufactured between 1979 and 1989. The first few years they where a duel ammo pellet/bb but then changed to bb only. In 1984 they also changed from metal to composite construction.

Then in 1991 they changed its looks but it was the same gun as the 188. The Daisy 288 was born. 

The Daisy 288 is a spring-piston, under-lever cocking BB pistol with a 24 shot reservoir. They were manufactured between 1991 and 2000. they were composite. more squared looking and the rear sight covered the loading port.

All this series of pistol are rated at , Velocity tested at around 250 fps. But in reality they are around 210 + or -

Do you still have the Daisy 288. I’m willing to pay for it. I got one when I was a kid and I’m trying to get one for my son now. It would mean the world to me. Or if you know anyone that does have one.
