Getting ahold of Tac Vector customer service?

You can still fix it yourself if there's no warranty. Try all avenues first including Amazon or EBay wherever you purchased it from first. Don't throw it away.

It seems like a piece of debris has attached itself inside the erector assembly, something I can't fix. I'll try sending Joe a PM on customer service.

Thanks everyone for chiming in.

If you go to their website at www.vectoroptics.com and go to the 'contact us' tab you can communicate with them online via a question form you fill out. There is also an Email address listed there that you can try '[email protected]'. I know they have a service center in Utah and also ship product out of there but I believe it is in the process of moving to a new facility so I don't know if they are 'up and running' right now. Do the 'contact us' form and send them Email, I'll bet they get back to you in short order.

I emailed them yesterday and they responded, now just waiting for instructions. They have acknowledged there is a customer service department now in Utah. Hopefully I will be sending the scope there.

Excellent! It sounds like good things might be getting ready to happen!
