Its almost daily that I notice a new member chiming in. I'd be interesting in knowing what the current membership is. What ever it is I'm glad it's growing because everyone has something to share, sometimes something not so great but what the heck, to each there own. I'm also glad to see some of the guys from the other forums finding a second home here. The future looks bright here on AGN. Thanks to all for making it a great place to spend time.

I'm with jking. AGN seems to be growing rapidly. It's a diverse group here; something for everyone. The knowledge base is already very high and bound to go ever higher as growth continues.

I think the knowledge base plus the willingness of people to share their knowledge makes this place valuable to people. The value and the benefits derived from AGN participation keeps the degree of civility high too. Very few seem to want to sh*t in this nest. There are a few pot stirs and provocateurs, but far fewer than most places. People in this group demonstrate how best to deal with that too. That's fantastic! I haven't been a member here very long, but these are my impressions so far. 

I'm sure much of the credit for the positive atmosphere here belongs to the moderators and organizers behind the scenes. They've made a good thing here. And no doubt they do a lot to keep it good too. Kudos to all.

This site SADLY lacks easy tractability of ones posts and seeing NEW POSTS ... not just New threads as it is currently set up.

I don't get the feeling there is much "community" here even tho there are a lot of members ...

Maybe some of Michael's video tutorials could help you with navigating here. I know how ya feel, I feel a little lost navigating GTA at times

I know , just for a visual, I would like to see date/time stamps for each topic under a gate and last activity on the main page. I've got where I try to put my own date in the title of each topic I post when I can remember to do it.

One of the main things for me that makes AGN a great and growing forum is that the childish bickering and sniping of the trolls is just not tolerated here. That kind of behavior destroys a sight. Also noticed some sights that do nothing about the scammers. They get pointed out, but never deleted. Personally I think Michael is to be commended for the way AGN is operated. Thank you Michael. This site is great. I havent been around a long time but the "community" has been great to me. Answering my silly or obvious questions with down to earth solutions and never making me feel bad or stupid for asking. I left some other forums years ago because it felt like an old boys club and i was not invited. I hope this site stays the way it is, which is friendly, inviting, informative and fun.

Glem chally im not sure what you mean by the quotes thing? I was just copying the word someone used earlier in this conversation. That post you attached is the reason i left the other forums. There are people attacking anonomously. It is cowardly. Especially when that member did nothing i saw to deserve it. I even gave him a green to counteract the negatives he was given. I still think it is a great community but some people complaining it isnt have only been here a month. If they did some reading they would see all the positive stuff on here compared to a few bad apples who try to bring us all down.

And I was saying that the quotes arent necessary because in that thread I linked just one example of the good community we have, and its not a "community". Hope that's more clear.

Great place to be. I respect the close moderation of the site. I have been called out a couple of time for ignorantly posting something on the wrong forum. Appreciated the guidance. As has been said by others, immediately eliminating post that do not conform is a good thing. Zapping scammers is a good thing. Many other sites do not have this level of commitment that Michael and others have. I have learned a lot here about the hobby and have found solutions to common problems that cross all air gunning genres. AGN has been recognized as a mainstream pulse by many manufacturers. Look at the level of discounts received from them. Look at the give aways. This is a great place to be.
