I just got a regulator in my .25 mrod. Now how do i get to where i want it. I hunt and target shoot using JSB 25 grain pellets. I would like to get 900fps. I forgot to tell you it is a huma reg.

I'm no expert tuner but to get those numbers you will likely need to open up the transfer port and valve port in order to get enough air to push the pellet that fast. The psi your regulator is set for is also a factor. It might be necessary to get an aftermarket valve like a WAR or Hill. I am currently shooting a low tuned .25 gen 1 and am looking into a Hill valve/regulator/hammer setup to increase shot count.

Just replacing the port will get you very close to 900 FPS, but if you want a few more shots, you'll need a TSS or SSG too.
