Fixed a cracked nylon seal I noticed on my Gauntlet 25. It’s in the port that transfers the air for a shot into the chamber. I was noticing some air leaking when fired and took the rifle apart to find the leak. The fixed seal fits more air tight now as well. An 8 shot standard deviation with 25.39 JSB Kings went from 2.7 to 2.0 and 33.95 JSB King Heavys went from 5.0 to 2.4.

The seal has a crack down the top half. I beveled the top of the seal which flares some, inverted it and wedged it into the port well. The crack is wedged shut from the receiver tightened down on top of it. Eventually I’ll replace that. I can definitely see this as something to inspect on your Gauntlet.
