Steve's been hard at work learning the .25 Umarex Gauntlet, culling pellets, and testing aftermarket sound moderation for ya'll. I pulled these pics off of his FB & IG pages. Check them out for more juicy details:

Watching with interest. Most interested in the trigger and overall long range qualities.

Those to things are directly linked. There's no sugar coating it, the trigger is still a challenge but its pull seems quite a bit lighter in weight than the .22 I reviewed last year. Right now it's about a 7-stager, lol. They're easy to fix however. Ya think I should before I get to the 50 & 100 groups? I'm thinking so but I'm not sure.

Excited about this one it's on my list am in the market for a new .25 can't decide between one of these or the flash from hatsan maybe this will help me choose. Thanks for all the dedication to making these videos. Maybe a quick heads up between the two? Since they share a price point. Wich would you carry of into the desert for a rabbit and squirrel gun?

I have one. I added a 380 cc bottle and upped the reg to 2000 psi. Not sure what Umarex did with that barrel but DAMN. It's mad accurate from 25 to 100 yards with the polymags, the 25 jsb and the Nielsen specialty slugs. Pushing right about 930 fps with the jsb and polymags. A quick shootout to Hajimoto and his fine work. I adjusted the crunchy trigger to even it out some, polished the ports, ported the shroud fixed the barrel o-ring and it's so much better.

Great info...Steve ya need to set up one of them sheds they sell all around us..they make a small one that you can set up with a bench inside and have your stuff set up without the weather making you wet and cold..you don't need a permit do to them being made and inspected before they sell them..I did one on my property just north of you and the best part is the a/c and heater when you need it..

Thanks! I like your idea about having a nice area to work from home, and we're saving now to redo the back yard... plan is for that area to be a covered deck. Steve
