Garage Chronograph

I know the old, shoot through chronographs are not in vogue these days.
Too much hassle setting them up, etc.
I have three P.A.C.T. Chronographs that work and have worked for many years, very well.
Yes, at the range it takes a few minutes to get every set up and aligned but they work.
P.A.C.T. Has new infrared screens for indoors and in the dark but I have enough equipment already.
I read somewhere, here or on other forums, about using lights from Harbor Freight and attaching them to the screens.
I bought two (with batteries) for $3.88.
I set it up in the garage and shot 7.9CPH with the IZH60.
Works perfectly.

I have an old Caldwell and I use the same harbor freight lights. I found you can sit them on top of the translucent sun shades and they are bright enough to shine through. Love my FX chrono but it won’t work for my pb’s or arrows.
You are probably right. Hanging them under the skyscreens, the light is probably too bright.
