Yeah, I mean they correspond by mail primarilly. It hasn't even been two weeks. Which is about the amount of time I'd expect the product to arrive by. Assuming every step of the process was expediant and timely. I wouldn't expect them to be super proficient or expediant with their emails, though. Old timers just opperate a different way. I'd give it another week or two. Like I said, they are legit. Could be on vacation, who knows. Migt be dealing with family affairs. Things happen. I honestly don't even feel like enough time has passed for them to receive the order, go cash it, then go mail the item, and then for it to arrive. They might only go to the post office once a week. They might only go to the bank once a week. Or only check their email once a week. The world moves at a much faster pace than it used to, and with it, people's patience. But that does not mean that everyone moves at a faster pace. Or should. My patience is shorter than it used to be for sure. And that's not a good thing.
At any rate, I don't believe anyone should be obligated to be tied to a computer or smart phone constantly. Business or not. Good on them if they aren't.
