Tuning GAMO Whisper Fusion Mach 1 trigger screw replacement

Rather than the M2.5-45×8 screw that is most commonly noted for this fix, I used a M2.5-45×10 screw.

The 8 was barely longer, if at all, than the original so I went with the 10 and it did reduce the trigger pull significantly.

I don't have a trigger gauge here so can't specify the original vs the fixed trigger pull weight, but it is significant.

You can over do it and make a very unsafe hair trigger that will not withstand even the slightest bump without firing so you have to be careful and make very small adjustments at a time...like 1/4 to 1/2 turns on the screw until you get it close, then 1/8 turns to really get it where you want it.

The screws could not be found locally so I ordered them on line from Home Depot in both the 8 and 10 lengths.

The total cost was $1.62, including tax and shipping. :)
