Gamo urban magazine

I just bought a gamo urban and the magazine does not rotate a new pellet into the chamber when working the bolt. Any solutions to this or is it the type of pellet I’m using? Using predator polymag 16 gr.

Have you tried polymag short .22? Some guns won't take the regular length.

I would of tried normal pellets first. Pollys are hit or miss with mags.
