N/A Gamo Compact silencer could it be done

a month or so ago a member ask could a Gamo Compact have a silencer fitted and my answer was no and then i said, well, let check what i have to do just that
the barrel search started and not much found and then i remembered i had extra Crosman SSP-250 barrels and this journey began
barrel was at about 11.7mm OD length was good out past the cocking handle
the barrel in the Compact is larger in OD so a shim would be needed out front and found some brass tubing that was close much time to make the two slide over each other but i ended up with a net-net fit
then i needed a little more barrel cut out at the clamping band and made my pillow block lathe for that
ordered a 12mm slide on adapter and fine-tuned the mess together
in the picture you will see some of the bit and pieces and the end result is and longer barrel that could be used for that silencer but maybe not
would i do it again maybe, maybe not, you can't fail unless you try and i had an extra cocking handle, so the work was done away from the gun
in the picture you will see i have a little brass showing it happens
and there you have it the cocking handle doesn't open that far but the silencer would hit
