GAMO Bone Collector Gen-3 (problem solved)

Mounted a Hawke Scope (fit perfect) and loaded a magazine and broke/cocked the barrel and it didn’t load a pellet… tried a Gen-2 magazine (didn’t load) tried several different Gen-3 magazines with different pellets (doesn’t load a pellet) what am I doing wrong?

The push pin will go into the barrel but it isn’t even close to where it need to be to push the pellets into the firing position. In fact it’s actually underneath the magazine when I’m cocking the gun (pin & mag) don’t line up?

I do see guys that loaders malfunction contacted gamo and were taken care of . Most got the simple fix tutorial or gamo sent the part/s .. if you dod have to send it in gamo foots all the shipping bill for the first year of warranty.

Just send them the explanation and good pictures and im sure they will handle it ..

The problem is when you break/cock the gun the inertia system is malfunctioning.

In Pic #1 can see it’s in the wrong position to line up with the pusher pin. It should automatically align (tilt forward) with it but it’s not.

In Pic#2 it’s in the right position but I had to manually push it into the correct position (it moves easily) but once a magazine is in the loading dock (for some reason) it doesn’t automatically line up?

I suggest returning the rifle if it is not functioning correctly. There are a lot of good spring air rifles that are single load.
