The dutch airgun dealer I ordered my Crown Continuum from told me that because of the holiday period in Sweden started this or last week the FX factory is closed for the next three weeks, thus why i should expect the CC in August. I worked in Denmark for 6 years, and beginning / mid July many factories closed to let the workers go on vacation and so this also happening in Sweden didn’t surprise me. Swedes though can’t really leave the country into any other EU country because of how they are handling Covid19.
However, my guess is that because of Swedes not being really able to travel outside of Sweden, MAYBE fewer Swedes will take off work the full 3 weeks, and they will pocket their vacation until fall/winter and so the factory may not be “totally” shutdown as it would be if things were “normal”. So.....if your FX dealer tells you the order is coming...don’t yell at them, “why the wait” just understand it is holiday season in Europe and in Scandinavian countries they take this period VERY seriously. I know this is a very foreign idea to many parts of the world, but it is as it is and I have lived in Europe long of enough to understand don’t expect much to get done July/August.
