Just for anyone with a Safari .25. Mine, and others I’ve seen, shoots slugs very well with the stock barrel. I have mine turned up in power and it really likes the Nielsen 33.5g slugs. They are shooting at 940 ft/sec, same speed as the JSB 33g pellets. No loss of velocity, which I have seen in some other guns. One thing I have noticed, the slugs do like a clean barrel.
