What is the max air pressure you generally fill the tank to? How far to allow the air tank to get to while shooting?

I fill mine to 200 bar and shoot 5 mags then refill. I know I can fill it more, but don’t. I have a carbon fiber bottle.

I have an older unregulated FX400 which provides 50 shots with a 15 fps ES between 180 - 140 BAR at the high power setting. If I am only shooting at low or medium power then I can fill to ca 210 BAR with the same ES and a 175-200 shot string.
