FX Wildcat Trigger Click, issue id'ed, temp fix implemented

When my WC trigger is pulled a click is felt before the gun fires. I removed the stock and watched the connecting rod as I pulled the trigger. The trigger linkage to the firing mechanism at the firing mechanism end makes a click and the linkage makes a slight twist.

Here’s a video: https://youtu.be/NQ3K7n__AJ8

Anyone else experience this? If so how did you fix it?

I’ve sent an email to the outfit I purchased the gun from asking for help. Hope to hear back next week.

Kitplanenut, that's it. Thanks. The end under the firing mechanism has the attachment pin solid on the left side and popping in and out on the right side. Of course the bad side was opposite the videoed side.

How did you fix? I was thinking about using a punch and hammer to attempt to mushroom the loose end of the pin until tight. Another idea is to remove and replace pin with a bolt and nut. Nut and bolt would facilitate a future disassembly. Not sure were I read, but remember someone using a screw from an eye glass repair kit.

Mine came out at the trigger/rod connection.
When I went to put it back in (can't believe I found it) I noticed it is deformed and pretty rough.
It gets trapped on one side by the rod end, the other side is not passing through the rod end any more I notice but it is shooting fine while I await feedback from my dealer.
I think I am going to wind up having something much better made unless fx have something better to send me.......
I think a nut and bolt with washers in the right places would make sense if nothing better comes along,
