I found that my FX Wildcat (with a 44 diameter scope) on a high BKL mount was not giving a good sight picture. Not a comfortable one, at least, as I was stretching for the scope many times. I developed a replacement stock with CAD and a 3D printer; which gives me a better sight window and stopped the stretching.
This concept one in blue, but final one will be matt black and slightly better positioned. I'll post the 3D print file for it to all interested. Few weeks to go though...
I'm thinking on doing the same 3D print plan to make a longer front-end to the Wildcat. This will position the bipod mount somewhere towards the end of the barrel. It would probably require an air tube extension too, to miss the filling valve.....
