FX Wildcat Sling

I put a sling on my FX Wildcat .25 about 1.5 years ago. I've attached a picture some pictures. I used simple Uncle Mike's posts. The front one is shorter than the rear one. I removed the barrel and tube, put the stock in a padded vise, and followed the instructions on the swivel post package. It was extremely easy! Since then I've even installed the same thing on my Steyr Hunter Scout Auto.

You'll also see I've added one of Matt's (here on Airgunnation) .25 caliber mag holders for an extra mag. Very cool and economical addition to my rig.

Hope this helps!

Roy

I was just getting ready to post some pics too, but found out Photobucket has lock my account until I pay more. I will have to learn how to use AGN's hosting feature. Anyway I installed my swivel studs like bowwild's. I just made sure the forearm stud was back far enough to totally support my Harris bi-pod base. The material below the synthetic is pretty dense and takes the studs threads well. I did not use any glue and they are holding fast after two years. Bill
