FX wildcat mk2 compact reg creep

Recently I started experiencing some pretty bad regulator creep out of my FX wildcat Mk2 compact to the point after about 10-20 minutes at 50 I was shooting about an inch low. After doing some research on here I decided to put a Huma regulator in after getting it set to the same pressure my stock regulator was at I shot a few strings through and while it made my shot string slightly more consistent I’m still experiencing it shooting an inch low after 10 minutes. Are there any fixes for this, or is it something I’ll just have to deal with?

Pretty common.. Its why I personally installed a valve limiter buffer, similar to what the impact boasts, although my execution was different, the end result was the same in that you buffer out that variance in fps from reg creep and a few other anomalies that present themselves for various reasons.

The best work around short of the above, is to tune closer to your peak / plateau which really aids in reducing that variation as much as possible...generally 97%-98% from your peak/plateau fps.

I went out and shot it over the chrono and then left it sit at rest for 10 minutes here are those results.
