FX Wildcat, Inconsistent?

Just removed the stock on my Wildcat purchased in December and was surprised. FX Airgun website notes: Fill pressure 230 Bar • 3300 Psi, the side panel on the gun reads "Max Pressure 230 bar:; however, the air chamber reads "Max 220 bar, Tested to 340 bar." Additionally the air tube reads "Y 2015 M11" and I assume that is the build date for the air chamber.

Anyone else notice this inconsistency with their Wildcat of other FX guns?

"max 220 bar", "I" would go with the lowest rating of any component, ESP if it is the air tube/bottle And no regulator. No an additional 10 ( or more ) bar hopefully wouldn't blow it up, esp. not on a single fill, many people have over filled once on just about any rig, there are/should be built with a good safety margin BUT repeated duty cycles above the rated "working" pressure IS something to be avoided. On some designs esp. with a burst disc ( an example could be my QB with a Co2 rated tube -1500psi?) but a regulated 3,000psi bottle , and, an 1,800psi - said to be design to blow just a bit lower- burst disc, I "should" be safe.

I believe ( & didn't just recheck it so feel free) the DOT ( U.S. inspection) say's 5/3 test to working pressure. Most airgun builder seem to use 3 to 1 for safety as even if you spec'd say 3,000psi working strength tubing buy the truck load you cant count on it always being exactly what was spec'd.

When in doubt fill to the lowest marking you can find anywhere on any component unless perhaps you get in writing from the factory to do otherwise ( and even then "I'LL' go with the lower number for unlimited duty cycles).

Please if you get an answer from the manufacturer update us.
