Just finished tuning my Wildcat this AM and I an very happy with the results. She is making 90 ft/lbs of energy now. Up from 70 ft/lbs stock. Its lobbing 44.75 pellets @ 926 fps and 50 gn @ 905 fps. Next on the list is a slug liner.

At those velocities "lobbing" is not the term I would use. Lol. Did you do any work to it other than regulator and hammer spring adjustments? Interested to see your results on target and shot count.

The only power change I made was installing the Huma regulator and hammer spring adjustments. No porting. I did max the regulator our @ 180 bar
I am going to check the zero at lunch today and see what the shot count is as well.Upvote 0

I have a Huma reg, with the power plenum on order for my MKll 30 cal. I'll post results when it gets here.

Yes, I have one ordered. It fits inside the tube. Just a bigger spacer, that's all. Probably cuts the size of the air tube a little bit

Power plenum and regulator....
I already have a slug liner for my .30 cal. But what would be the point of installing slug liner prior to installing reg and plenum.
This is exciting stuff for the future of air guns! wondering if 100 foot pounds with slugs is achievable with out sacrificing accuracy and longevity?
I am assuming that installation of huma regulator will void my warranty?
In my opinion it is worth it, as usually when you increase efficiency longevity increases as well!
Wondering if I can't install by my self if there is someone else out in the big wide world who can assist with the installation!

No it doesn't
You can adjust the regulator with an Allen key.
There isn't a power adjustment knob or a hammer spring knob.
But properly tuned it shoots the lights out of the sun!

I just got a 700mm slug liner but I would like to source and install the Huma power plenum and regulator for this rifle ( Spent a week trying to contact FX USA to see if they could recommend a authorized technician to install and tune my rifle) fingers crossed

I put on a Donny FL shogun. Makes it look like a stretch limousine.

Eating crow, swapping out the regulator is very easy. Took me about 15 minutes total. I can help you through it if you'd like. I am going to be ordering a power plenum for mine and will be doing a short install video when I do it. There are a couple important points you need to be aware of when doing this swap which we can discuss if you go ahead with it.
