To be fair!!! this is more of a performance report on the gun shooting these slugs more than a report on the slugs themselves.

As most know the FX Wildcat MK1 is built around the JSB Exact and does not always play well with other brands. Nor was it even thought about using slugs but I wanted to see what it would do and so grabbed me a tin.

I was asked if I would be interested in checking some out but because all I had at the time was the Wildcat Mrk 1 I knew that I could not give a fair review. Still, I am a hunter and wanted to see just how well these will shoot out of the MRK 1.

At 50 yards five shots are inside of a quarter group, I was freezing my butt off it has been raining and cold so I was shooting and shivering (Thats my story and im sticking to it) I am still waiting on a chrony so I do not have a speed for you, but as you can see these are shooting low and left of zero.

The slugs fit very well in the clip and are easy to load, I have had issues before with slugs not loading into the barrel or loading hard these worked very well.

You can hear the difference in the impact these things hit hard. I will do some actual hunting to see how well the do

So today I had a chance to actually do some hunting.

These things hit HARD!

I'm talking about a 75 yard thwack that knocked that tree rat clear off the limb I'm so used to big bores that my FX Wildcats little pfft doesn't sound like it's putting any real power down range but these slugs are carrying a lot of power down range.

I've got a Marauder .22 pistol that I am going to scope and test with these.
