FX USA customer service is phenomenal!

It’s no secret that I’m a bit of FX fan boy, I have other guns mainly from crosman which also has fantastic customer service! So customer service and parts availability is a very large part of my gun selection requirements.


I noticed my new dream-tac compact gauges are not in sync. The bottle gauge is consistently 20-30 bars higher than the regulator gauge which makes reading how many shots I have left frustrating. Called FX USA this morning and after a quick conversation with Melissa 2 new gauges are on their way. Big thank you and props to FX USA! This is why I’m stuck with FX!

Its pretty awesome to have people that really know what they're doing just a phone call away. They've helped me so much when it comes to working on my gun and just needing a tech to ask questions too.
