I had a issue that I was needing some help with so I initially sent FXUSA a detailed email directed toward Ernest. Just after I sent the email I thought "what the heck give them a call" and explain the probably "confusing" email haha. Shazaam!!, Summer answered and I told her that I'd just sent an email and she said "yes I'm just looking at it". I told her, please do everything you can to make sure Ernest gets it. She casually replied " I can connect you to Ernest if you'd like" WOOHOO, the man himself answers and we have a great conversation on what I was concerned about. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks FX USA, Summer and Ernest especially.

Yes.

I called with a question in mid-winter. I was told "Ernest would be the one to best answer that", and next thing I knew he was on the phone!! 

Incredible that the end-user can speak to someone like him that easy.
