FX T12 & FX Royale tuning Q's

I have an older FX Royale 500 which came out before the power wheel and regulator which I would like to have someone install a regulator into the rifle and tune it. Who is the go to guy/shop for this? AOA, WAR, Ernest Rowe, any others? 

Also I'll be grabbing the .25 FX T12 from Joel and I'd like to do pretty much the same, Reg & tune. Thanks,

Tried AOA, no go.

Tried WAR, haven't heard back from them i take it they are busy or something.
