FX streamline-Rotary pellet- Problem

Hello;

I have a problem with the magazine of my new FX streamline in 5.5 mm, purchased from mundilar- Portugal.
When I first load (correctly) and insert the magazine, the cocking lever is locked and I can no longer remove the charger or put the safety, please help me, tell me how to remove the magazine.

i dont onw a streamline but if you can pull the lever all the way back (you have to make sure) so the pellet probe clears the magazine, you should be able to yank it out. i guess a pellet is deformed in there trapped in between the maganize and action and probe. 

looks like you have some skinny skirted pellets, the action and magazine will shear/cut them easily just try harder.

if you can't "yank it out". make sure it won't fire. then carefully insert a rifle cleaning rod. (keep your face back) and lower it into the barrel until it just touches the obstacle.
​PAY ATTENTION to the depth. then carefully , slowly, and it shoudl go fairly easily (however, it has to clear the barrel) push down. shouldn't take over 1/8" or so. the pellet is in the barrel and the magazine SO it wont have to go far. SAFETY!!!!!!

maybe there are more than one pellet stuck in a barrel too.
