THE STORM HAS MADE LAND FALL ⛈
The new FX DreamLine Storm.
Anyone who knows me, knows. I don’t like big guns and I don’t do plastic. I’m a hunter, my guns are for hunting small game. ( shot count is over rated)
I know that sounds anti-American with our mind set of .... bigger, faster, more power! MORE !! Right? It was 1996. When I was an importer for Falcon Pneumatic Systems LTD. I had a idea for a special purpose gun. I approached John Cooper with a design idea. I’ll admit it was inspired by a firearm I saw at Shot Show.
It was a simple skeleton stock.
No big deal for us Yanks. But you see, the Brits are very traditional in their gun building. Long story short we put together the Falcon Light Hunter as it’s known abroad. It had never been done there before , and it caught on , big. In the States I named it the Falcon “Tomanator” for obvious reasons.
The FX Storm is my 4th Skelton stock build to come out of Steve Corcoran’s custom shop at Steve Corcoran Stocks And Grips out of Gainsville TX. It’s been a nine month project.
Steve is a Master Craftsmen !
The Storm is carved for the now ever popular FX Dreamline Compact series. Because of the reasons mentioned above. I NEED WOOD! This .25 cal little powerhouse now sits as the first in its class , fine wood stock for the FX Compact in fine wood. I’m sure you all know the specs on the action so I skip that. The Storm comes in at 5lb 2. 3/4 oz bare.
with no suppressor. With the Monstrum Tactical 3x9x40 FFP
and Donny FL suppressor it’s 7.1 lb ready to hunt. Length is 34 in long bare. 38.5 inches with the Donny FL mounted.
The stock is carved from select Walnut with Cocobolo caps front to back. Stippling in all the proper locations. LOP is 14 inches.
With its light, compact and handiness and awesome 43 fpe.
Filling the Storm from a fireman’s thank nestled in the soon to be released RANGE BAG from ARMAGEDDON GEAR
The Storm is spitting out 36 good useable shots on a 3600 psi fill.28 shots on the reg and another 8 off reg with less than a inch drop @50. Close enough for head shots on tree rats and plenty of shots for a morning afield.
Mad shout out to.... Steve Corcoran Stocks And Grips.

for getting me the bits that make the Dreamline so “ LEGO “ thanks Newman!
Very excited about the FX Storm. It swings tight, hits hard and fits well everywhere your hands touch.
And soooo much more fun snuggling with a fine piece of wood when enjoying the outdoors.
So, if your like me, and getting just a wee bit weary of all the black military looking guns on the market these days.
Check out the Storm 2021
. ⛈
Now , Rick Rehm. Tell me again about that most beautiful gun in 2021?
